1) Exercising : Sports/Gymnasium:

Be regular and punctual to avoid unwanted contingencies to skip the exercising day’s dependency. 5) `Junk Food` :
• Avoid `Junk Food` or `Fast Food` like: Burgers/ Pizzas/ Hamburgers/ Hotdogs, etc. May be you should look for cookie diet
• Prevent yourself from going to the cafeterias or other public restaurants every now and then;
• Help yourself with `Marine Food Diet` such as: Sardines; crabs; fishes; prawns and aquatic plants, etc. They have the tendency to digest the food immediately rather than causing a food deposit inside the stomach;
• Prepare the `Food` consisting `Gravy` in abundance at home. Food with gravies doesn’t get deposited in the small and larger intestines and helps in breaking the food to reach to the bowel areas to be flushed out instantly.
• Heavy alcoholic influence leads to `Obesity` for teens and their conditions because they become accustomed to visiting pubs and Bars each day and booze themselves out completely form longer span of time.
