To Lose Weight, We Need To Go Back To Natural

Back to natural. This phrase is very popular everywhere. When humans realized they have made some vital mistakes, they would go back to what being considered as “natural”. Raw food is what I want to talk about. As years go by, our generation becomes more and more busy but one day is only equal to 24 hours, not more. Now it’s quite easy to find lots of people buy junk/fast foods just because they don’t have enough time to cook or to wait in a restaurant.
Because foods become a very competitive business as well, there are lots of businessmen who even do not care how nutritious the foods which are being served in their restaurants. What they care is only one thing: the foods should be delicious. That’s all. Don’t get surprised if nowadays hospitals are full of sick people. Food is the main reason why people get sick.
That’s why slowly but surely raw foods become popular. Obviously natural is always better. Consuming raw foods has many more positive values even if you already old and can’t walk by yourself. Of course I don’t recommend you to eat raw meats such as pork or such meats because they are “dirty” and full of worms. But what I mean with raw foods are like fishes and of course fresh fruits (not juice).
What we won’t ever get from cooked food is exogenous enzymes. This enzyme is very useful to prevent our endogenous enzymes to be depleted. Well, cooked foods can’t help our body to produce less endogenous enzymes when we get older, that’s why we usually have problems with our digestion process. Fortunately, raw foods have exogenous enzymes which can help our endogenous enzymes. With better digestion process, your body metabolic rate will become much faster and in the end it will help your weight loss problem. Believe me, metabolic rate is the key for faster weight loss.
