Tummy Fat Is Our Worst Enemy

Tummy fat is woman’s worst enemy. Career women and housewives usually have very busy days so it’s very normal if they gain weight a little bit. When you (as a woman) take a look at yourself on the mirror, you’ll probably notice that you are not as slim as you used to be at school/college. This is normal because we don’t have enough time to go to gym every day or jog.
I have heard some women asked their friends, “I don’t really care about my weight because what I want is to see my tummy fat gone.” Yeah, it is a honest statement from these women. You should see my tips because I believe I could help you to lose your tummy fat. Of course it’s also mean you’ll lose weight but some exercises are more focused on tummy fat than other part of your bodies.
Commitment is the first word. Yeah, maybe it’s boring to see everyone repeated the same guide. But it’s so true. Without enough commitment, you won’t lose anything. You must remember to do exercises and restrict yourself from eating poor foods every day. Next you mustn’t drink anything except mineral water and pure orange juice (or eat pure orange).
This is essential. We often forget that drinks with sugar are one of the most risky things in this world. Even if you can control what you eat but if you drink too many unhealthy drinks, you will find it hard to lose weight. So that’s why mineral water is your best bet. About pure orange juice, the reason is so simple. Orange juice could help your body metabolism. Hence, you can lose weight easier. Next, you need to do exercises that are focusing on tummy fat. Just do abdominal crunches 4-5 minutes every day and you’ll be fine. Don’t go to gym (unless you really want to build muscles), that’ll be waste of time but you can always try weight loss programs. Make sure you do follow the regime as unless you don't take action, nothing will happen.
