In other words, `Weight Loss` can be learned by understanding the amount of `Calories` we take and the amount of `Calories` our `Body` demands to break it or to consume it and secreting sufficient amount of energy to the body as much as possible for the body to have.

b) Are you truly committed? Do you have a `Weight` support system set up ?
c) Can you accept mistakes without giving up your favorite `Diet` altogether ?
